Hi, conect an F-Bus cable, and check if the voltage present at BAT terminals.... If you get 2,4V your box is faulty, contact your reseller.... If 4,2V or more all is OK, just thick "Skip Box selftest" in General settings...

where is the problem
u not connected anything external for power to box ?
then its box problem
but u can skip box self tests and work (in settings then general)

@ HackGsm

Check te voltage at the Battery terminals of the F-Bus Cable (conect to service port without a phone) or if you have a UNIFBUS cable, conect it, and check with a multimeter the voltage between RED (+) clip and Black (GND) clip, if you get a value near to 4 - 5 V your Box is OK, dont worry.... if you measure the 2.24v ( as Box selftest say ) your Box have a HW problem....

if u search previous threads few users get this problem before ...either u can exchange BOX as its in under 6 month warrenty or Skip BOXselftest as i said above
