Box Selftests Failed -> VBAT Supply Voltage test failed, 4.08v is out of valid range PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS ERROR OCCUR IN MY NEW CYCLONE BOX PLEASE HELP ME

AND OTHER MESSAGE IS BOX AS FAILED ONE OR MORE SELFTESTS DIAGNOSTIC . THIS MAY BE TEMPORARY FAILURE , OR PERMANENT HW DAMAGE . CONTACT SUPPORT IF ANY PROBLEM WITH USING THIS DEVICE WILL OCCUR .THIS IS THE MAIN POBLEM PLEASE HELP ME I WAS NEW USER FOR THIS BOX .

check usb voltage, may be usb voltage not enough.
try another PC.

yes i have try another pc it will say like same problem

Did you update the firmware of your box?

This error apear with a phone conected to the box? Try only Box, no phone, no F-Bus cable conected to the Box...
Are you using a USB Hub? Try direct to PC USB port...

that is right and if TMA adpter connectet is the same .
also connect all you want after the Box Selftests ,

yes i have tried all of diect to usb cable

It is not big problem in fact, it may be because of connected phone which taking too much current upon startup, so you can ignore it at all.
