Yes you can use a PM of another "Working" phone ( same model ) only MAKE SURE you have REMOVED fields 120 & 308 ( better if you only leave the fields 1 & 309 )

reinstall again the packaga using the last installer and afterward copying the last exe in the cyclonebox main folder
