I am having trouble using my cyclone reloaded box with Windows XP and Windows 8. The computer is not recognizing the box. I believe it is a driver issue. Can you help?

Cyclone should work with every windows version. I installed it on windows 8 without any problems.

you need use tab in software, not external server

Hi,
my box is giving following error.
Please can you advise.
Establishing Connection with Box in Main Mode...
Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

Also when I connect the box it keeps searching for drivers and finds nothing.

I have installed the box twice now

it lights up briefly and then lights go off
