Cyclone Box reloaded Up Grade Firmware problem. Please help me.


Failed to launch box in Main Mode. Main Firmware wasn't flashed during this session
Hello brothers,
I've updated my cyclone software last week, and since then my box has stopped working.
when i click nokia tool I get this:

Establishing Connection with Box in Main Mode...
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader], [Platform: Classic]
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box], [Platform: Classic]
Initializing box...
CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
Box Firmware Version Read Failed -> No answer from CBUS
Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

when I click box wizard I get this:
Failed to launch box in Main Mode. Main Firmware wasn't flashed during this session. Possible cause: empty firmware, demaged hardware (crystals), damaged security area, drivers problem, OS problem, etc. Service Tag was copied to clipboard.







how can I solve this problem

Did u uninstall libusb drivers from add/remove program?
In case just use again box wizard

sir where is the location ..i can'r see libusb in to the control panel addremove

Please try make Box wizard.
If this is not solve Your problem It means reason is on drivers or crystals
