hi i now have the new key
do i need to download any new installer or software

i think key working with standart installer of cyclone box check and post

no the software doesnt seem to find it
the drivers went ok
software just sats no box connected

I have it. Just install program and after that update key:)

i got the cyclone key ,n i downloaded the box installer but its not working still requesting for the key installer. pls help

The Installer is the same.
 

the installer is the same for the box and key.
If your windows is 8, 8.1, or 10 you can have problems with the Drivers signature.
Youtube "How to disable Drivers Signature Enforcement in Windows 10".
I have CyKey installed on Windows 10 64 Bits and everything works fine.
