no the software doesnt seem to find it
the drivers went ok
software just sats no box connected

I have it. Just install program and after that update key

i got the cyclone key ,n i downloaded the box installer but its not working still requesting for the key installer. pls help

any help again? still conecting n disconnecting with the cyclone box setup.

the installer is the same for the box and key.
If your windows is 8, 8.1, or 10 you can have problems with the Drivers signature.
Youtube "How to disable Drivers Signature Enforcement in Windows 10".
I have CyKey installed on Windows 10 64 Bits and everything works fine.
