i'm new to cyclone ... by rooting the phone it will be sim unlocked and nothing more..or just the emmc drive... i'm kinda confused ( mabey a full tutorial with the full unlock procesure on lumia 800 will help more ) ty in advance

Haha yes you right doesnt work! Because You didnt activate It?! So what You except? That karwos should come and activate u Himself? First Pls read Manual and all info, obviously make update and activations after that comment because on this moment is totally unused comment.

its not true, sorry.
For Key users- is totally free.
Classic comes with 100 credits on account.
Only Reloaded was empty, but long time LG, Iphone and sl3 were OFF, so credits were unuseless.
Navifirm was for free.
Also its only threshold- We dont eat any credits, everything stay on account.
