If you are using the tx2 adapter check it then:
open the RJ45 socket section.
redo all the soldering on the pcb
retry the flash

Error 3 is TX2 line error.
You can try 2 ways
a) Unthick whee says "use TX2" and flash the mobile
b) Replace the TX2 adapter (there is on the market the Cyclone V2 adapter By GPG)

The TX2 adapter is this one who comes with your Box and MUST be used when works with BB5 phones.

The DC socket is for extermnal VPP ONLY, but not need to use it, you can use VPP " Box INT 5V ".

Usually, it's JUST tx2, so check following things:

- YOU NEED attached TX2 adapter to use UFS/JAF cables, otherwise this problem will occur!
- Check settings of TX2 Pin in Main Software. Attached adapter using Service Pin 3, so TX2 will work only after setting THIS PIN (is set by default). You can of course set other pins, after needed cable mods.
- Finally make sure if your cable is ok.
read before you just reply

SIR,

my cycone always shows "FBUS" interface error" while flashing most of the bb5 phones, specially 5130 2700.... Error comes out after successful flashing in the end while factory settings n read info. In this case handset remain unflashed. if i try to reflash it problem starts with start CMT part only. but same phone can be flashed easily by other flashung tools.
where could be the prob TX2 or box itself.

@ Manish Bhave

Check / redo solders of the TX2 Adapter

Check / redo solders of the "Service" socket

Maybe you have some corrupted files in your Cyclone program folder, check this thread, and try as sugested:
