Failed to Write CMT NPC Certificate N81

Hi,
fault was mine, forget to plug adaptor.
But when i write cert, allways obtain Failed to Write CMT NPC Certificate
I-ve tried with and without repower on boot, with and without use TX2, with and without external power, but same result. What can i do?

If your imei is 12345... flash your phone to make sure you have a working phone(I meen stable local mode ) and then write certificates.

Can you post the info of the mobile you are working on?
remember the file to restore starts with the CMT_PUBLIC_ID of the mobile...

That is i obtain when read info from phone

it is a quite hard to get from there the cmt_public_id
no problem.. just clik of read ask from fbus.. the file ask will start whit the same name of the cert file you must write on the phone
once you get the right file .sx4bypass.NPC.CMT.crt just click on write crt and select it

I read ask using fbus and obtain file, but when i click write crt, file doesnt appear, only if i put all files , and appear whith ask final extension ,no .sx4bypass.NPC.CMT.crt . here is the log:

Got the problem.. you are working with the new firmware but with the old version of the software....

download the update from this url

Unzip all the file in the folder where Cyclone software is installed (Normally c:\program files\Cyclone box) answerin yes when asked to overwrite for all the files..

After this retry the job.
