It always says: bootagent didn't send secure data
What i have to do to test it before sending back to my reseller ?

Did You try use Box wizard?
If You still get this error and this this is BLACK KEY from gpg- please sontact with Your reseller to solve problem. Some keys from gpg stock have bug on pcb, we are not responsible about this situation. Our factory make orange keys which work perfect :/ I always give strong recommendation for orange key.
