I have a Cyclone key. I already installed all the drivers and the softwares.
On the bottom of the cyclone software it says ¨Connected [main mode][classic]¨
It does not say "Connected [Bootloader Mode]".

When I open Nokia Tool
This is the Log:
Establishing Connection with Box in Main Mode...
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Quality Check Application], [Platform: Classic]
Initializing box...
Box Firmware: Cyclone Quality Check Application v02.05, (Aug 25 2012 01:28:42, gcc v4.3.3, RTOS V6.0.1)
Initialization has failed -> Box firmware is obsolete, please upgrade it.

When I click Yes to agree to upgrade.
The Box Wizard opens it tries to start connecction with box bootloader.
And then it gives me the error Boot Agent didn´t send Secure Data.

I need help. I don´t find any SN.
The only number I see under the box is A000088D

hello, i have a problem with my cyclonebox, when i try to open blackberry tool i receive this massage:


Failed to Acquire MEP Database -> XGold/Blackberry Service is Running, but CALCULATION COUNTER is 0. UPGRADE YOUR BOX AGAIN TO CONTINUE USING SERVICE.

i push the box wizard button and the software make all process but the when i try again i obtain the same result.

please help me
