Note : don't try to update your box if it is not really needed as you just waste your time and ours:
the box update needs to be done only when requested for updates or problem with the box

Yo Box wizard, then in the end you should receive error, your's service tag will be copy to clipcoard- then paste it there, or isntall team wiever give me details i will fix it.
