if still problem then go in control panel/program manager and uninstall, if present, libusb
In case still problem: disable malware byte if you use it, disable firewall and antivirus and retry

HELLO Cyclone Box supporters plz help me i have this same problem my box is always trying to update firmware on each startup ,firmware update success but when i open nokia tool again it tells box firmware obsolete and needs to be updated to 2.11 //
