i cant update my box, but i cant even get so far to read the SN...

Box Maintenance goes until Connecting to Cyclone Server and then restarts... is there an other way to check for my SN?

Try unistall cyclone software,download new installer from http://**********/cycloneboxinstaller.exe install and then try connect to server.
