n85 version 30.101 error unlocking [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

I´VE N85 AND I ALREADY HAVE NEW SOFTWARE WITH NEX CYCLONE EXE AND UPDATE MY BOX FIRMWARE TO 1.21 BUT CAN´T UNLOCK N85.
I TRY ALL THE WAYS BUT NOT SUCESS.

BB5 Unlock Failed -> Access violation at address 00402CC5 in module 'Cyclone.exe'. Read of address 0000000B

could you ost the logs?
You must unlock it using the rpl recalculation

I TRY THAT WAY BUT GIVES THIS ERROR
Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> Code: 500, Please use latest Cyclone.exe for FREE and STANDALONE Unlocking!

BB5 Unlock Failed -> Failed to obtain BB5 Simlock RPL, Server transaction failed

Use latest Cyclone.exe

and read messages next time

Ok, many thanks and many sorry to, i already have read the messages and download the exe, but the antivirus block the new exe and i dont know. Now is ok and the n85 is unlocked.
