N93i Flash Problem

Dear mates,

I tried to flash an N93i rm-156, after erase it does not write. And mobile is dead now.
First i flashed with TX2 line selected and it gave error

Totally same problem with Cyclone Box! At the same adress. Bug maybe?

I can confirm that i have the same problem with RM-156. Stuck with writing new firmware on address 0x245.

Any solution or ideas?
