i have also 2pcs e63 yesterday always "failed...", i used other tools to unlock it.

i can not find log in Cyclone folder
but phone survived unlocking OK, just can be unlocked, tried two times, same problem
cable is OK, backup made fine (PM&cerificates)

E63 isn't supported by AdvanceBox, Cause it has Protected 308,1 Field ..

btw you can unlock it by Cyclonebox with new update it can calculate the nck ..

that was just a test,
because in advanced it will say "hash not supported" if you try to unlock

in cyclone... it will just say "failed............. ", that is after software ask to calculate nck
