Tonight atom finalized oclhashcat-lite v0.09

The breaking news:
New AMD 7xxx GPU platforms support
Major EULA changes has been set for the latest oclhashcat-lite version use (domestic and commercial users)
GPU Load Stability Issues are now completely resolved
Many interface tune-ups and fixes
THE MOST IMPORTANT: there is no change in commands so if you were able to use 0.8 version everything remains the same. Simple.

All users to use oclhashcat-lite v0.09 must download ATi 12.1 Complete Driver pack with SDK 2.6 runtime built in to it. You will find driver packets for your specific hardware application here:

the 7970 give 2846.9M at stadard clock
3 7970 are quicker then a double 6990 whatever the 6990 is a double gpu card

2048 mhz per prossesss
7xxx dual gpu = 4096 mhz
6990 gpu = 4096 mhz
to up a system 20 gpu whit 10 coputers = ~ 80 000 mhz

WHy not read FIRST POST FULLY ?
Oclhashcat-lite v0.9 need drivers v12.1 or higher.
In your computer you use OLD DRIVERS. All is in 1ST POST.

1 card HD7970 on stock clock got 2800Mhash/s, on 1Ghz got 3150Mhash/s and on 1125Mhz got 3300Mhash/s and even on last core speed card work very stabile and temperature only 65-70 degree !! !!
Power consumption on 1125Mhz is 230W.

On 2 cards I get on 1Ghz 6300Mhash/s and on 1125Mhz got 6600Mhash/s.

hd6990 is very power hungry and the same to hd5970 at 393W and 3985Mhash
2 x hd5870 = 444W 4180Mhash
2 x hd7970 = 370W 6800Mhash

you do the math.

Looks like the speed is the same, the most important change here is the support added for ati 79xx card series.

Remember, the ati 6990 give you around 4000 Mhash/s and probably the 7990 will give you around 6500 Mhash/s . this is very important if you have bruteforce server and want to upgrade.

You will never get that speed with 2 cards 5870, maybe you are talking about 5970.

if this is true, so the ati 6970 have the same speed than ati 5870, because i have 6970 overclocked and give me 2,080 Mhash/s speed with oclhashcat v0.8 .

not mistaken the ati 5870 does what it says, I have three pc with ati 5870
