hy, I bought at ASCO GSM 03.10 cyclone key and can not do update

Sir recently I purchase Cyclone Key (Black) having critically boot loader agent error kindly guide me how to solve this issue. I hope suggest me or update link dents.

Daer contact with GPG- all black cyclone have been produce by him, he should solve Your problem-because it bug on pcb.
