Cyclone server works ... but
our DNS server is down, probably hardware failure, we awaiting for repair. So for now in some countries may work, in some not.

You can connect to cyclone server by simply trick:
Go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add entry:

83.19.176.83 cyclone.karwosgsm.pl
