Hello

When I open Cyclone I receive the following error message:

"Can't create NaviFirm LandingZone, please check Application Privileges"

When I click Nokia tool, I then receive the following message:

"Box firmware is old and needs to be upgraded to v02.20, click yes to proceed with upgrade"

I click Yes, box wizard runs and I then get error message:

"Failed to connect to server. Check your internet connection.

Please help. Internet is working fine???

We had temporary problem with server in this time, now everything is fine, so pls try now.

cyclone server problem
 
i try to update my cyclone box since a week a go kaisak said my box is done but not work i try box wizard update will successful but when i what lunch cyclone software your cyclone box firmware is old update, it since last week but now not pass update

This last 2 day whene i try to acces the navifirm section a can't and i got this message in the log i dont know if it's only my probleme or it's the cas for all user...

Box Firmware has now updated, thanks.

I'm still however hit every time with "Can't create NaviFirm LandingZone, please check Application Privileges"

I always run as Administrator as I'm on Windows 7. The LandingZone folder in the Cyclone folder exists.

Any ideas?
