try many times every thing working fine only iphone check not working ,//

My box needs be upgraded to v2.11, after upgrade (connection with server work fine) window appears: "Finished, Device is operational", but box still need upgrade. Service Tag: 8AB525887E729ECE6A48FAC8C2C31237

please can you help me to solve this problem sir.
Box firmware is old needs be upgraded to v02.11,click yes to proceed with pgrade,
but when i proceed,this message shown up,
Bootloader Data not received form server.Few causes
1.Recovery/Procedure is disable at server side.Contact support and send youre tag.It's automatically copied to cliboard.
2.Your boot does'nt need recovery
3.Server problem

i hpe we solve this isue,thank's
