Hi,
I am a newbie with Cyclone box. I was trying to access support area (USA Server), but I got this message:
Support Area Launched, Engine Revision: 1.0.1.923
Started authenthication procedure at 12:17:26
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box], [Platform: Classic]
Box Service Tag: C0D1D6BD71377DA1F7FD2E815E330169

Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> SQL Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '74.53.199.2' (10060)

Authenthication error -> Failed to obtain Support Ticket

I don't know what to do, where can I download flash files to work with Cyclone box? please help!!

I still have the same problem for several months now I've edited the "hosts" file, adding the following line: 83.19.176.83 cyclone.karwosgsm.pl
but still the same error message that appears on my cyclonebox USA server.
we need a very clear sollution please cyclone team, and I wonder why you do not take this problem seriously, while many people have faced for several years?

Antivirus is disabled,all work perfektly only Support for Flashfiles not work!
