I have problem:
box firmware is old and needs to upgrade to v02.20
(yes)
box wizard say: Finished, Device is operational.
(nokia tool) and again:
box firmware is old and needs to upgrade to v02.20...

any idea?

1. Check pls that You dont have any virus ?
2. Let me know also SN of box
3. Check that You have installed latest version of software.
