Simlock Code from provider not accepted...How is this possible?

i have two phones sl3 Nokia 2700c(o2 Germany) 2730c(Vodafone Germany)
i became the unlock code from provider and both codes are not accepted.
i tried it via Keypad and Fbus but i become allways bad code error....
how is this possible????

Friend! You send Log for calculate Code to Cyclone or:
i became the unlock code from provider and both codes are not accepted.
If you buy from Provider this is not Cyclone problem???

i*m sorry for the question, perhaps u r right but i*m a cyclone Box user and for this i asked here .
the codes i didnt buy , i became these for free after 24 month....
otherwiese i wouldn*t buy codes from provider if i use cyclone beceause its chepear ....
