hello,
as i see many one have problem with cyclone, when you connect your box it connect in bootloader mode after clicking in read card options or dct4/wd2/bb5 module your box go to enter main mode normally, but if you problem your box cant connect in main mode and no driver asked for instal and 4 led powered, and program say:

Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

ferst you can repair this problem by updating your box again, but if after update still the same problem using this my own method.

i have just tell you the diode and conductress name until i get a schematic for cyclone.

connect the Y1 ground to F50 for more help, you can found this name in your cyclone mother bourd.

if not cleere just give me a ful cyclone schematic and i create fixed schematic for you.

for some reason i encountered this problem but, i just reformat My PC and install a fresh copy of windows and Installed Cyclone software and everything is back t normal.

PS the first time the box is ok and after 3 times PC reboot it no longer works and this problem occurred. First i thought it is a hardware problem.

if some one having same problem he can try updating his box on another pc and check mostly works

its just my problem solution, because for me i format my pc change it update box ... and all that thing, and its just fix with this last HW solution, and tell that to seroya and he tell me that he will check that with factory.

and i say for eavery one make all sten before you tray to fix it by my solution.

use my solution at last time.
