Upgrade Box Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Out of my 3 Cyclone boxes two of them go through the box wizard but when i run the blackberry tool again i get this error:

Blackberry Tool Launched, Engine Revision: 1.0.1.923
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box], [Platform: Classic]
Acquiring MEP Database from Box...
274 MEPS Loaded OK
Failed to Acquire MEP Database -> XGold/Blackberry Service is Running, but CALCULATION COUNTER is 0. UPGRADE YOUR BOX AGAIN TO CONTINUE USING SERVICE.

How do i solve this?

just use box wizard.
be sure as well to use the last version of software as this job should be done in auto.
you can download last installer from
www.moulnisky.com/downloads
Still problems, please, post your boxes serial number so we can check on the server

Hello Sir Me Use Your Last on Version But Cant Finis Complete Box Wizard, I Think Your Server Problem.

After 4 Hour Latter '' 8:10 PM Procedure will Complete

Now All Service is OK

Still got the same problem, box serial number is - CYA08375 - CYA08312 - CYA08351.

CYA this is not SN!!!!!!!!!! We need Service tag or SN
