For the dead phone you have to be sure which hardware problem or software problem. If flash IC or CPU already have poor Soldering, then software can doing nothing for that. Regarding how to know the flash file name of the dead phone, there is only one way , you have to find a same brand/type working phone , readout the flash file , then write to the dead phone. About the 3rh, this cable using for some phone which without USB connector, in other word the RX and TX GND sometime layout on the PCB(motherboard). once you have those kindly phone in hand , you have to open the phone and solder the cable at related position (Normally you can see that on PCB direct). after using Scan function detectout the pin. Here you may have other questions, i give you reply here also. Q, how can i know which wire (red or balck etc) solder to RX or TX position ? A.
