phone came to me freeze on samsung logo
first im reading buckup, then
im trying format and factory set not help.
then i write buckup Phone dead.

File(of programmer) being changed...
File Name had be Changed and Saved as a new filename
Connecting, wait...

how i can repair this phone?

after write buckup im trying format and factory mode, not help

how i can repair this phone?

Please backup the flash file from this phone one more time when you finish rewrite. and upload your old backup file with this file to somewhere let me check , thanks!
