Pegasus app won't open after reinstall, no card/pwr LEDs on box either - GSM-Forum

Just got a Pegasus box, was able to register and run it earlier (last night),
but now it won't open after uninstalling and reinstalling the Pegasus software.

A brief gray window opens, with a message in it that says, 'failed to connect to Pegasus box, error 8010002E'

Any ideas? Do I need to have it unregistered, and then re-register?

@ IceOnMars,

Please ensure that the box connected directly to PC USB port, avoiding USB HUBS, drivers are properly installed (in case if you are using Win XP) and run software once again.

If same error still appears, please contact me in Private.

Hi and thank you for advice. I was able to resolve that issue by uninstalling the drivers, and then reinstalling them. PC now sees the dongle box, the card/power LEDs are lit, and able to open the Pegasus app.

I am currently getting 'failed connect' result, no readings from the devices, when
trying to *connect* to each of 3 Samsung phones (not all at once):

T201 (locked on Net10 carrier)
A837 (1st-gen Rugby, on AT&T; I'd like to get rid of the AT&T apps too)
S5510T (S5510 on Telstra carrier)

Let me know if I need to move this issue to a different topic/heading,

@ IceOnMars,

For about T201 phone model from tracfone, it can not be unlocked at the moment.

Regarding A837 this phone can be unlocked easily by Pegasus box. In case if you want to debrand it from AT&T, you'll need to flash the set with unbranded firmware.

For about S5510, Just follow manual from the instructions tab of Pegasus Software to connect the set and perform unlock operation. If any difficulties appears, post here log file with the step by step description of performed operations.

Hi Pegasusbox, I was able to unlock the following 3 models
(had some help from from a forum member, thanks tarrybu!).

However, to debrand the A837, A847, and the S5510,

where can I obtain the original Samsung (non-carrier) firmware for these models?
I don't see any handler files for them on Boot-Loader.
