Hi,

I tried to unlock Samsung C414m but can not connect.

so can you explain me how to unlock and which cable we need to use

@ cracker_jack,

The phone suppose to be connected via UART cable.
Information on what cable to use and how to connect handset to PC available in the left part of the, after required phone model selected.

P.S. If in Interface field signed Pegasus or UFS - use microuart, if in Interface field USB - use traditional USB cable.

I am trying to unlock the same phone which is locked to Bell. I get the same data as what you have in your screenshot with nsck, spck, cck all zeros. When I put a different sim card in the phone and restart the screen says incorrect sim card and network lock.

Please advise.

If you buy Pegasus Box you will have the program for unlocking
