i cant unlock bb5plus

hi to all
I purchased on Mar. 23, 2009 from gsm-experts.com 20 log sagem, and Received username and password . i Activation account with sagem server and i unlock Phones all is ok. but now i cant unlock any phone and i cant login in sagem sever and when try to check may Account

Connecting to server...
Invalid login or password

I tried to contact the seller but did not get a response .
How do I solve the problem .

I tried to buy again for experiment from the same company, I received a invoice , a day after i received email to say do not pay because this activation limited time .
this mean I have been stolen .

well in my case i bought that user and pass for 20 credits from those guys gsm experts too and i format my pc and did not back up i have try to get in contact with them and nobody answer i maybe mr cinek can help us
