cant open jaf bb5+

when i open my jaf and new bb5+ i seems fine but as soon as program detects phone it closes it selfs?? any clue??:confused:

change interface to UFS till they fix this bug

It happens to me if use in windows 2000. It works ok then with windows XP

For me, same results with xp and vista os... It closes by itself.
