after registeration i never recive any email


after registration i never recieve any email although i write my correct dongle id and correct email i try 10 times with diffrent email addresses but the same so i can not log in support every time i log in i get you have not been audited acount

all users who register at support site dont get email notification
they should chk login after 24hour..

pls.....help...i still cant go to support area althogh i've registered the right user name, email, and pid & vid.i still get "you have not been audited acount".and still havent get any email from cpf box support...pls would u kindly check my user name...tq...pls quick...
