Try download the last version : CPF_BOX_II_Update_20091114.exe
I think problem match automatically boot fixed with new version..
See your pict at first post... U still use mtk phone tool 2.63 b...
Latest version is 2.65b... because I can read, write, format nexian G900 bundling xl without problem...
Nexian_G900~E107[10P]10 pins(two-line)Gnd_2_4 Rx_7 Tx_9 just for sure...
Still waiting about Unlock from product suporter

that flash chip is supported with cpf soft plz use latest mtk plate form 2.65b
