I have also same problam. Please Sir help me I cannot download any file from CPF support site , I completed my registration.

first pls check,how to register in support area.and pls write full info of the dongle or box.dongle need a ID.and box need PID and VID both.then we can actived your ID in 24 hours.good luck all!

how can you repair it , my cpf dongle is ok, my resistration have completed many days,but my main problem is when I want to download any file it says REACH THE DOWNLOAR LIMIT; if you can then remove my download problem...............please.
