1 month no support/mxbox order - GSM-Forum

Hi,

It has been exactly 1 month since I placed my order for MXBOX and it still hasnt been shipped. Contact with product support was ignored. I made a thread about it earlier and no help. This is last attempt at contact before charging back.

What is the PayPal transaction ID ?

May be because your address is not verified, you have to confirm your order by email.

I have recieved a refund. I would love to try and re-purchase if it will work this time.

Contact resellers. You can not buy from us any more.
