Probably is internet problem, try to use proxy.

Error messages are Alim specialty , i do not know what exactly mean this error.

Bro u can get rpl by MANUAL method.
1.click on Manual
2.select asic id ,(for 1110i select asic2)
3. write imei in imei box
and do job,Your rpl saved in C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\backup\RPL
