Well, "sim card registration failed" (or similar) message appeared. I assume there is a problem with the IMEI, is there any way to change imei?

No problem with imei as shown in your log.
Test with another working sim. test sim also with another working phone.
Sim maybe deactivated by provider deu to policy voilation.

NB. Not posible to change imei for BB5 phones by any tool for the moment.
