Boot error: FF FF FF 72
- Repeat the procedure. Sometimes it is a matter of temporary communication problem or similar.
- Check that all used cable are solid without any visible damage and have good contact. If possible, try with other cables.
- On rare occasions phone might be damaged or dead. So, if possible, try with another phone.

Open MobileEX > Select Interface > Nokia Service Tool > Select DCT4 Platform > Service Tab > IMEI & Security > Online Logger > Login

After that select, tick on Dct4 IMEI ( Depend on platform ) etc and press Do Selected Job. It will automatically write imei and internet must be on.
