Try to unlock Nokia E63 and this error comes up - GSM-Forum

Hi I am trying to unlock 6 Nokia E63 and i managed to unlock the first 3 of them and unable to unlock the rest which it shows this error message:

i try to check the HASH and they are the same..so it is not the latest security.
Please advice what is wrong?

I tried restart the mxkey and jaf box and still same problem comes up.

i didnt do anything on the box and software at all (no update, do nothing..)...just basically connect phone and unlock but how come i can unlock first 3 and unable to do for the remain E63?

Bro paste here complete logs , And if hash supported try to unlock with UNLOCK BY CODE
I think V200.21.012 have new hash which is not supported at the moment with MX-KEY.

change interface . use ufs as interface .this error show ur jaf interface is dead

I bought a new box and only used it with MX-KEY. So are you sure this is the case? If yes, then I believe MX-Key must be killing the boxes?

i checked the hash from universalbox..

checked all of them same hash..just able tounlock first 3 but not the rest

your jaf box is dead..try with ufs interface....and do only make simlock rpl...
