try to jaf
full erase full flash write pm unlock then full factory setting
and see result

it's been a mounth passed. anyway,
all dct4 with "lazy menu" usually caused by damaged crystal clock for uem.

No dont flash,,reheat Real Clock Crystal Beside UEM,i think thats a problem of slow chrging
