MobileEX-Team need help ..i'm update service suite v3.3 after open the program get this error.(Could not verify application signature,please "sign application"first!) need help thanks

correct serial maybe noted read,
or card not readed, check your dongle,

What O.S you using? I have that error on win7, but on win XP working fine. Are you Mx-key working before or it's new?

i install my next pc window xp also get this error

unplug UFS device
uninstall UFS driver,from device manager
plug UFS device
install driver by selecting from MXKEY forlder driver

brother i alredy follow your step n try second new pc also get this error.....now detect ufs box in mx-key sw is ok.
when i open software show this error:
"Could not verify application signature,please "sign application"first!

Serial: 00000000
FW version: 00.00
*** NOT ACTIVATED *** what happen in my dongle

look like driver conflig .
system or windows must be reinstall
