2700 is pure SL3 i think its not supported atm on mxkey

yea simlock not supported but u can repair security test failed. just first of all Do SX4 than PM1 and PM309

if no success than

b. replace CCC and HWC cert of RPL from same model and write it back to ur phone than repeat the SX4 + pm process

before any operation save backup

make simlock repair then write pm1 and pm 309 try that in rpl mx key release
