After long efforts, the mobile phone back to life.
I'll explain how I managed to fix it. Maybe someone need it. Everything has been repaired by DeadUSB mode and Phoenix_2009_20.

I got the phone in which I had to change the language. Originally it was a RM-578 v 7.75, 3-UK (Product Code: 0591475). In this version of the software no language that interested me. I was flash latest firmware (v10.40) and then problems has started. I tried different options but ultimately went back to the original version of the software and the phone is launched. Finally, when I fixed the phone, i've used the MX-KEY to flash PPM only with the appropriate language pack, version 7.70.

If someone else has a similar problem, try to go back to what was at the very beginning In my case it ended a 100% success.

At the end LOG form a successful recovered phone by Phoenix_2009_10:
