No rpl backup from nokia 6300 if try then hang box n software

Not working bus chek after try backup RPL .

If want to use Mxbox then reconnect n resstart software

but other box working well :-??

must wait for 2min. same happend on me i think box is signing that is y it's to long to start

after 2min software works fine

- change mini usb cable.

1- same cabel work well in other tool ( like HWK N ATF )
2- also changed mini USB cable
3- uninstall mxkey driver n box driver then uninstall mxkey software n delete all file from - C:\mobileEx then reinstallation of new software
4- Update box 2 time

5- Still same
6 - it was work fine with 1.2 why ?

Opetating system and installed anti virus
cheked but same problame

Problem fix by me ....

Im so sad n angry on team coz not proper help

i was remove smart card n fix in old mxkey only card reader .. then problem fixed ..

actually when we do bus check volt down in win usb n its not proper work to read smart card so stop in 2nd time bus check ..
gbluez ur help is not work properly sorry to say Good bye you . I'll never ask Question to you . about Max key
