Arrow 3110 c/s problem,but mxbox not able to solw[need support]

i got nokia 3110 with contect service problem.
i know how to solw it via mxbox.but when i try to scan my phone.phone does not detected by mxbox.

but,when i buscheck it sow below info omly :
