3110 contect service easy but tipical.how to solw .................?

recently i get nokia 3110 from a customer it have cs problem .customer say that he played game on it and suddenly mobile goes off.and when he try to power on mobile he saw contect service.so he come to me.
i scan the mobile with mxkey and the result is as below:

bro back up rpl> rest ncp > update sim lock> then write pm check & reply
