3110c blinking at nokia logo

sir i have 3110c blinking at nokia logo .

1. flashed with 7.21 using jaf with tested cable .
2. flashed with 7.30 using jaf with tested cable .
3. treid to scan with mx-key , it shows imei and after that say "phone not responding " (doesnot does simlock data and all)
4. erased with mx-key
5. after erasing flashed with jaf . (waiting to boot and then failed )

still the handset is blinking at nokia logo

what next i have to do

ps i use latest flash file 7.30

& also try with usb

may be its hardware set not come in liacl mode

1st make rpl backup then erase in mxkey and flesh n hwk using 7.21 then see

if still then use eno firmware and then flesh flesh with normal files

i think no eno file for 3110c

thanks for ur fast repaly

but after flashing with mxkey same with jaf same with hwk same problem

i try also some heating to flash ic but no resulte

ithink these options are work when set is in local mode am i right ???

but set is not in local mode

but i also try these option but no sucses

Set can be flashed with almost boxes with latest version and it is not coming to local test mode after flashing is the case prevailing right ?
did u measured core voltages in system area ? connect to power supply and measure VIO and VCORE
and check the current consumption in start up procedure is it over loading ? just check whether there is any heat in power ic ?
b4 doing any hardware blindly ,just put a 5k1 resistor from BSI to GND and press power button -- is it can show test mode ?

any of the test mentioned show faulty symptom we have to check power ( u already heated flash chip and ur above log say
"[ADL] Update Server code successfully sent to phone.
[ADL] Pooling for ADL device
[ADL] Timeout, no usb device found.
Flashing terminated with error(s) in 30.094 s" so that i recomend to measure voltages in system power .

1st thanks for ur repaly

i opend the cable its 7 pin but 6 number pin have no conection .can this is cause some fault in local mode ??

where i put exact in cable can u give some screenshot

i have very few knowladg in hardware so i ask u

have you flash with jaf
try with jaf and post result
this type problem sometime hardware also
